Smoky Beef Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. curing salt
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. green pepper
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly; cover and chill 24 hours or longer. Divide mixture into 4 amounts.
    Roll each into long logs.
    Place and roll into handiwipes tightly and tie ends.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Use broiler pan so grease will run off.
    Unroll after cooked.
    Pat with toweling to get grease off.
