Chili Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and set aside.
Saute onion until golden brown.
In a 3-quart microwave dish, add potatoes, chili powder, butter, salt, pepper and sauteed onion.
Cover dish with plastic wrap.
Microwave for 15 minutes until tender.
Stir halfway through cooking.
Add crumbled bacon and serve.
