1/4 c. margarine or butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. half and half
1 to 3 Tbsp. sherry (if desired)
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
dash of pepper
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken *
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
chopped fresh parsley (if desired)
