Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. mashed bananas
cinnamon sugar
Preparation

Sift
dry ingredients into mixing bowl; cut shortening. Combine egg
and
milk and add to the dry mixture.
Add banana and stir just enough to combine.
Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over each.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
