Arkansas Sweet And Sour Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 large onion
    1 c. less 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cut or shred cabbage.
    Shred onion and sprinkle over cabbage. Sprinkle 1 cup of sugar (less 2 tablespoons) over this.
    Do not stir.
    Heat last 6 ingredients to boiling.
    Pour over cabbage (do not stir and cover quickly).
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
