Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon and its juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    16 saltine crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Remove all skin and big bones from salmon.
    Flake salmon and mix with other ingredients until crackers are moist.
    (If you have time, refrigerate 30 minutes.)
    Dip by rounded tablespoon and form into 10 patties.
    Fry over medium heat until brown and crisp. Serve hot.
