One Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk (skim or 2%)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together in mixing bowl.
    Add all other ingredients; beat well.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan or Bundt pan that has been greased and floured.
    One-half cup chopped black walnuts may be added, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cake tests done.
