Pasta With Lemon Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. dried hot red pepper flakes or to taste
    14 oz. dried pasta such as rigatoni or fettuccine
    1/2 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. freshly grated lemon rind
    1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    In
    a
    saucepan,
    cook\tcream,\tthe
    half and half, red pepper flakes and the rind over moderate heat until mixture is reduced to about 1 cup and thickened slightly.
    While sauce is cooking,
    boil the pasta in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes; drain
    pasta.
    In large serving bowl, combine pasta, sauce and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle pasta with parsley.
