Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. melted margarine or butter
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained real well
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. diced cooked ham
    4 to 5 chopped green onions
Preparation
    Blend eggs, Bisquick, margarine or butter, milk and salt. Stir in spinach and cheese.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle over top the ham and green onions.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Top with 1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced) and white sauce.
