Ham Rice Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. cooked rice
    6 Tbsp. olives, chopped
    3 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    8 thin slices boiled ham or from the deli (4 x ?-inch)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, cream the cheese until fluffy. Add rice, olives, onion, horseradish, pickle relish and Worcestershire sauce.
    Blend well.
    Spread each ham slice with 2 tablespoons of rice mixture.
    Roll tightly.
    Skewer each roll with toothpicks. Cover and chill for several hours.
    Just before serving, cut into 1-inch slices.
    Yields 32 pinwheels.
