Kraut And Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean pork chops
    1 large can kraut or 2 regular cans
    pinch of salt
    1 carton sour cream (small)
Preparation
    Cut up pork chops into small pieces and brown in small amount of fat in a large saucepan.
    Add kraut.
    Cover with water just to top of kraut and add salt.
    Cover and simmer at least half day.
