Southern Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. plain corn meal
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg
6 Tbsp. milk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls and drop in hot oil. Drain on paper towels.
