Butter - cooking recipe

1 pt. heavy whipping cream
Preparation

Put whipping cream in jar (make sure there is space in top of jar or use two).
Now, shake, shake, shake!
Butter is done when there is a lump (this is the butter).
Pour off liquid.
You can add yellow food coloring and salt to taste.
This is great for kids to do at family gatherings.
