Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. milk or cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
Add sugar and liquids and beat until smooth.
Add more sugar or cream to make the consistency to spread.
