Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh spinach or lettuce
    2 pkg. frozen green peas
    5 or 6 green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 lb. bacon, fried and drained
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with spinach or lettuce.
    Cook peas in boiling water 3 or 4 minutes until slightly cooked.
    Take off and drain.
    Put peas in ice water for 10 minutes.
    Drain. Combine peas, chopped eggs, chopped onions, mayonnaise and sugar in mixing bowl.
    Toss well.
    Pour over lettuce.
    Top with crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese.
