Sundae Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed with icing
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 gal. ice cream (any flavor), softened
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
Preparation
    Combine cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup melted margarine.
    Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
    Spread softened ice cream over crumb crust.
    Freeze 15 minutes.
    Combine milk, 1/2 cup margarine, sugar and unsweetened chocolate in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce to low and cook for 20 minutes or until thick.
    Cool to room temperature. Pour over ice cream and freeze.
    Top with whipped topping.
    Freeze until hard.
