German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs, vanilla, salad oil, sugar, plain flour, soda, salt and cinnamon, then add 4 cups sliced apples and chopped nuts. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
Let cake cool, then frost or eat plain.
