Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 9-inch pie crust
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. diced apples
Preparation

Sift flour, salt, sugar into a bowl.
Add egg, sour cream, vanilla, nutmeg and beat to a smooth thin batter.
Blend in apples.
Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
