Watercress Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch watercress
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Remove tough stems from watercress.
In food processor with knife blade attached or in blender, blend watercress, mayo, sour cream, Dijon mustard and salt until blended.
