Coconut Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. ice cream (any flavor)
1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake or premium shred coconut, tinted or plain

Preparation

Scoop ice cream into balls.
Roll in coconut.
Serve immediately or place in shallow pan, cover and store in freezer.
