Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 large zucchini, diced
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, drain and set aside.
    Bring water to a boil in a large pan; add rice and soup mix.
    Cook until the rice is tender.
    Add hamburger and all the rest of the ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Put in 2 or 3 greased pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake one and cover two with foil; put in freezer for later, if you like.
    Cover with buttered bread crumbs before baking.
