Pecan Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. unsweetened chocolate morsels
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. syrup (corn)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (9-inch) pastry crust
Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat.
Beat eggs until light, then beat in sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add nuts and slightly cooled chocolate mix.
Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes, until top is crusty and filling is set, but soft inside.
Do not overbake!!
