Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken, cooked, skinned and deboned
    about 3 lb. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. soft oleo
    1 1/2 c. warm broth
    remaining broth plus enough water to make 3 qt.
Preparation
    Put flour in large bowl.
    In center of flour, mix salt and margarine and 1 1/2 cups broth.
    Mix well until dough is not sticky.
    Turn out on floured board, knead and roll out.
    Cut dough in strips.
    Bring remaining broth to boil.
    Drop dumplings by pieces into the boiling broth.
    Cook uncovered over medium heat for 10 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste, cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
    Stir in chicken.
