Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs (one at a time).
    Add buttermilk (alternate)
    with
    flour and remaining ingredients. Flour and grease 1 loaf pan well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool cake 5 minutes, then glaze.
