Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. solid Crisco
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
food coloring (optional)

Preparation

In a small bowl mix at low speed the powdered sugar, butter, Crisco and milk.
Beat in vanilla and almond extract at medium speed.
Beat until light and fluffy.
If desired, add food coloring.
