Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. peeled and shredded zucchini

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar with electric mixer.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together and add with sour milk; add zucchini.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
