Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. rice
    6 c. water
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Bring rice, water and salt to boil.
    Cover and cook until done.
    While rice is steaming, mix 2 eggs, sugar and vanilla. Also cornstarch and evaporated milk.
    When rice is done, add 1 quart milk to rice.
    Bring to boil again, stirring constantly as it tends to scorch.
    When it has come to boil, add second mixture. Pour into casserole and sprinkle with cinnamon.
