*Spinach With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spinach
2 medium onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley and dill
1/4 c. rice, uncooked
1/4 c. vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute the onions in heated oil until golden.
Add the spinach which has been thoroughly washed and drained. Add a little water and bring to a boil.
Sprinkle the parsley and dill and add the washed rice.
Stir.
Season to taste and allow to simmer for about 15 minutes or until tender.
Can be served with meat, fish or poultry or alone with cheese.
