Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 onion (small)
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 hot pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 c. cracker crumbs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Sprinkle cheese on top a few minutes before done.
