Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    8 oz. kielbasa, cut in 1/2-inch rounds
    4 oz. ham, cut into cubes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/3 c. uncooked rice (5 minute type)
    large can V-8 juice
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, stir flour and oil until brown.
    Add sausage, ham, onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Cook about 20 minutes, stirring often.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes until rice is tender.
    Start with only half of V-8 juice. Add remaining according to desired thickness.
    I use entire amount.
