Cinnamon Ornaments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bottle ground cinnamon (4.12 oz.) or 1 c.
    3/4 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Combine cinnamon and applesauce to form a stiff dough.
    Add additional applesauce if necessary.
    Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut with cookie cutters.
    Make a hole with a straw at the top.
    Carefully place on wire rack or in dehydrator to dry. Let air dry several days, turning occasionally.
    Makes 12 sweet smelling ornaments.
    Great for kids!
