Philly Cheese Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. London broil
2 onions
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
3/4 stick butter
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Colby, shredded
hoagie rolls
Preparation
-
Slice mushrooms, onions and garlic.
Put into pan with the butter.
Saute.
While all of that sautes, slice the London broil very thin, almost see through.
Add to the rest.
Cook until meat is done.
Then add all of the cheese.
Cook until it melts.
Serve on a soft hoagie roll.
