Cappuccino Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee granules or crystals
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    5 oz. can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
    7 oz. jar (2 c.) Marshmallow Creme
    12 oz. pkg. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line 9-inch square or 9 x 13-inch pan with foil, extending foil over sides.
    Butter foil.
