Zesty Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 c. bread
1 qt. milk
6 eggs
1/3 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Put one slice of bread in blender at a time to get 7 cups of crumbs.
Mix milk, eggs, sugar and margarine in bowl and add bread and other ingredients to mixture.
Bake in greased dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
