Light Whole Wheat Hotcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
2 egg whites, beaten stiff (they are worth the trouble)
Preparation

Combine in the order given.
Fold in egg whites last.
This is a sweeter than usual hotcake recipe; sugar can be reduced if desired.
