Cheesy Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1 tsp. green pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 large boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can biscuits
    1 can cream of chicken
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
    Stir in chicken, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, hot sauce and pepper.
    Roll biscuits out to 1/4 to 1/8-inch thick.
    Spread 2 tablespoons of mixture on each rolled biscuit.
    Roll biscuits up and seal by pressing dough together.
    Place biscuits in greased baking dish.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Combine soup and milk in saucepan.
    Heat and pour over rolls.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over all.
    Bake for 3 to 5 more minutes.
