Country Cornbread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. celery slices
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 (8 or 9-inch) pan cornbread, crumbled
6 c. bread cubes
1 (1 lb.) pkg. pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 tsp. sage
1 (10 1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth
3/4 c. water
2 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
Preparation

In a small skillet, saute celery and onion until tender. Combine celery mixture, cornbread, bread cubes, sausage and sage. Mix well.
Add broth, water and eggs.
Toss until moist.
Add more water if more moist dressing is desired.
Makes enough stuffing for a 12 to 16 pound turkey.
Bake remaining stuffing 35 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
