Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed apples (unpeeled)
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. shelled pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise or French dressing
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise or dressing.
Arrange on crisp lettuce leaves.
Serve at once because apples turn dark quickly.
