Boiled Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 whole eggs
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
1 gal. milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation

Cook in double boiler or extra heavy saucepan, stirring constantly with whip or wooden spoon until this mixture thickens or coats a silver spoon.
Add vanilla and refrigerate.
