Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large green peppers, seeded and cored
    12 large sweet red peppers, seeded and cored
    6 large apples, cored and peeled
    6 large onions
    6 large carrots
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 qt. sugar
    2 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers, apples, onions and carrots in food grinder. Pour 1 pint boiling water into which is dissolved the 2 tablespoons of salt over the ground vegetables.
    Let stand for 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Heat vinegar, sugar, red peppers and 2 teaspoons salt.
    Add vegetables and cook for 20 minutes.
    Pack into jars and water bath process.
