Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 can red beans
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 pkg. Chili-O mix
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add seasoning and Chili-O mix.
    Then add tomatoes and beans.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into casserole dish and top with Fritos and grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
