Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes (in jacket)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 carton sour cream
    1 stick butter, melted
    salt and pepper
    herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jacket until tender, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
    Drain water and let cool.
    Peel potatoes and grate potatoes as hash brown potatoes.
    Mix in onion, cheese, soup and sour cream.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with stuffing and pour melted butter over top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Remove cover last 5 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
