Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 onion
    3 slices bread
    2 sticks oleo
    corn flakes
Preparation
    Dice the potatoes and cook with onion.
    Drain and put into a greased casserole dish. Melt the oleo; dice the bread and put into oleo.
    Add the oleo mixture to potatoes and mix.
    Cover with corn flakes.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
