Paddy Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut cabbage and cook in salted water until desired tenderness; drain and put in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Stew onion and bell pepper in tomatoes until tender; salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over cabbage and toss.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until heated through and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
