Lemon-Poppyseed Coffeecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) lemon instant pudding and pie filling (dry)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease square (9 x 9 x 2-inch) pan. Mix all ingredients, except glaze, beat 30 seconds.
    Spread in pan.
    Bake until golden brown and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Drizzle with glaze.
    Makes 9 servings.
