Basil-Garlic Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 garlic clove, minced
    4 small yellow squash (3/4 lb.), cut in half lengthwise
    4 medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Brush squash and zucchini with one-half of mixture.
    Spray grill rack with vegetable spray oil. Place vegetables (cut side down) over medium-hot coals.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Turn and brush with remaining mixture.
    Continue to cook an additional 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Serves 8.
