Apple Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 small box lemon instant pudding
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
dash of salt
1 c. Crisco oil
1 c. milk
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Sift
flour, baking powder and instant pudding mix.
Mix sugar,
eggs
and oil.
Add flour mixture and milk alternately, mixing well.
Stir\tin
apples
and
dash of salt.\tBake in 9 x 13-inch, greased and floured pan for 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Ice with your favorite cream cheese icing after cake cools.
