Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large corn tortillas
    2 lb. Hamburger
    2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
    1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 Med. Onion (chopped)
    15 oz. can Crushed Tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    1 c. Colby or Cheddar cheese (shredded)
    1 can Cream of Chichen Soup
    3/4 c. Milk
Preparation
    Brown meat, garlic and onion.
    Add tomato, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam (cooking spray). Line bottom with 6 tortillas.
