Homemade Manicotti Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, room temp.
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine eggs, flour, salt and water.
Beat with mixer until smooth.
Let stand 1/2 hour, no longer.
Slowly heat 8 inch skillet.
Pour 1/4 c. batter, rotating skillet quickly to spread batter evenly.
Cook over med. heat until top is dry. Completely use batter, putting wax paper between each.
Freeze until you fill.
Use your own ricotta filling with your own sauce.
