Low Calorie Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. water
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 c. tomatoes, diced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    1/3 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Bring water, tomato juice and tomatoes to a boil.
    Add all other ingredients; cook until vegetables are tender.
